Streamlining Content Operations: Kordiam Meets Glide CMS
Digital newsrooms often face a familiar disconnect. Planning happens in one system. Publishing happens in another. Deadlines slip. Updates are missed. At Editorial Days 2025, Dzenita Vejsilovic from Glide Publishing Platform shared how Glide and Kordiam are closing that gap.
The first phase of the integration is already live. When a story is created in Kordiam, it automatically appears in Glide CMS. Editors can start writing immediately, while Kordiam keeps a direct link to the article. No more switching between tools or entering the same data twice.
Metadata like headline, author, and publish date flows with the story. Inside Glide, editors work in two clear sections—one for writing, one for production tasks like SEO, categorization, and social sharing.
Each article follows a template based on the story type. This helps structure content, reduce manual formatting, and speed up publishing. SEO metadata is automatically populated from existing fields, so editors do not need to repeat work to meet search guidelines.
Glide CMS also supports distribution across platforms. Content can move to newsletters, print, or other channels based on platform tags in Kordiam.
The integration is already improving speed and visibility. Future phases will expand data mapping and allow teams to access Kordiam directly from inside Glide.
