Built Around Your Newsroom’s Workflows

We adapt accordingly. 

From the very first kick-off meeting, your Customer Success Team works with you to understand your goals, challenges and internal setup. Together, we define what success looks like and outline the steps to get there. You receive practical guidance, a structured setup manual and direct access to expertise throughout the process. 

Structured onboarding is included for accounts with more than five users. XS accounts with one to five users get started independently with access to resources and support. As the number of users increases, so does the scope of onboarding and training. Larger teams receive additional sessions to ensure alignment across roles and departments. 

From Configuration to Confidence 

During the setup phase, we work with you to customize views, roles and structures that reflect your editorial reality. This includes dedicated setup sessions and review calls to ensure your environment enhances transparency and streamlines collaboration. 

Training sessions are tailored to your workflows and the views created during setup. Rather than presenting generic features, we focus on how Kordiam supports your specific planning processes. The aim is not only system knowledge but shared confidence across your teams. 

Long Term Adoption and Support 

After go-live, we schedule check-ins to review progress and adjust settings where needed. Around three months in, we conduct a structured review to ensure Kordiam continues to support your evolving priorities. 

Beyond onboarding, our Customer Success Team remains available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM at support@desk-net.com. You also receive regular updates and opportunities to share feedback in dedicated meetings.
